Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING :
We ship all jewelry or handbags with USPS Priority Mail. We can not do International shipping at this moment.  Hoalanjewelry.com will not be held responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged due to forces outside of our control.
 
RETURN POLICY :

We will accept returns or exchange it for any reason within 30 days of arrival to your address. Please send your name and order # with returned merchandise. Items must be in new unused condition, packaged with the same care we used to ship it to you.  Items may be sent back via USPS Mail, or UPS, we recommend using insurance.  If you choose not to use insurance we will not be to blame for packages lost or damaged in the return mail.
   

S&H charges are not refundable .

Due to California law (Proposition 65), Jewelry items cannot be sold or shipped to anyone living in the state of California.
